Born and raised in Porterville, Linda Watson began her professional career as a paralegal, continuing into human resources & risk management, and then finally the insurance and real estate industry.
She has worked with major companies like Walmart, Disney, Southern California Edison, and more.
She finalized her corporate career as the Director of Human Resources, Recruitment and Education at a local Valley hospital. She then obtained her insurance licenses and worked for her son at State Farm, while also pursuing her lifelong desire to be in real estate.
Linda has held her real estate license since 2005, working initially for Riggs and Associates. When the housing industry crashed in the late 2000s, she worked primarily on foreclosures, short sales and HUD listings—earning her the title of “HUD Queen.” She’s perfected Home Value Estimates with numerous classes from banks and asset management companies.
After Riggs and Associates decided to retire, she was graciously offered the opportunity to work with Premier Real Estate, which she has called home until this most recent move to work with good friends—Gracie and Samantha Sousa at Sousa Valley Real Estate.
Linda’s 20 years as a real estate agent has given her a keen eye for value. Born and raised in the Central Valley, she’s ready to help new buyers and experienced investors alike.
